Results

Before & after, photographed honestly

Fixed lighting, fixed distance, standardised positioning, no retouching and no makeup added between the two shots. Every case published here has explicit written consent from the patient.

How we photograph results

Standardised conditions

Same camera, same focal length, same distance, same lighting rig and same background for both images. Angle changes are the most common way results are flattered, and they are eliminated here.

No post-processing

No retouching, smoothing, colour grading or slimming. The only editing is cropping to a consistent frame and, where a patient has asked for it, masking of identifying features.

Stated intervals

Every case states how long after surgery the second photograph was taken. Early photographs flatter swelling-dependent results, so we publish at the interval where the result is genuinely settled.

Consent, separately given

Consent to publish is separate from surgical consent, is given in writing, and can be withdrawn at any time. Clinical photography is taken for every patient as part of the record — that is not the same as permission to publish it.

Images are being added

Our photographic library is being re-shot to the standard described above before publication — we would rather show nothing than show results photographed inconsistently. In the meantime, matched cases for your own anatomy and requested procedure are shown in full during consultation.

Results matched to your anatomy, not a highlight reel

At consultation we show cases selected for their similarity to you — including results that were technically good but where the patient wanted something different.
