Aesthetic medicine has an incentive problem: the clinic is paid to operate. We have structured the practice to blunt that as far as we can.
We decline more than we accept
A meaningful proportion of consultations end with us recommending against surgery, or recommending a different procedure entirely. The cases we take on are the ones we can do well.
One surgeon, start to finish
The surgeon who assesses you is the surgeon who operates and the surgeon who sees you afterwards. No handover to a junior, no rotating team.
Prices quoted whole
Our quotes include surgeon, anaesthesia, theatre, implants, garments and a full year of follow-up. There is no separate bill arriving afterwards.

Full FAQThat is what the consultation is for. We examine you, discuss what is realistically achievable, and tell you plainly when a procedure is not indicated or when a different one would serve you better. A meaningful proportion of our consultations end with a recommendation against surgery.
Yes. We run video consultations for international patients at no charge, and you will receive a written plan and a firm quote before you book any travel. Most patients have two video consultations before they fly.
Surgeon fee, anaesthesia, theatre and facility charges, implants or grafts, garments, medication and a full year of follow-up. There is no separate invoice afterwards. The only common exclusion is accommodation and flights, which we help arrange but do not bill for.
Yes. Every operating surgeon at Novelle holds an MCh or DNB in Plastic Surgery, is registered with the National Medical Commission of India, and is a member of the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India. We will give you your surgeon's registration number on request.
It varies by procedure — five to six days for a hair transplant, ten for rhinoplasty, fourteen for a tummy tuck or facelift. Every procedure page lists a recommended stay, and we will not schedule surgery that has you flying home before it is safe.
You have direct WhatsApp access to your surgeon and coordinator for a full year. For anything requiring hands-on care we will help you find a local surgeon and share your operative notes and imaging immediately. Revision surgery with us carries no surgeon fee within the stated period for each procedure.
