What we do and do not remove
Every review is read by a member of staff before it appears. We reject a review only where it is not from a patient, contains identifying information about another person, discloses someone else's clinical details, is abusive or defamatory, or is obvious spam.
We do not reject reviews for being negative, for criticising a specific surgeon, or for describing an outcome the patient was unhappy with. A review filtered by sentiment is worth nothing to the next person reading it, which defeats the point of publishing them at all.
Any patient can ask for their own review to be removed at any time, without giving a reason. Email support@novelleaesthetics.in and we will unpublish it, usually the same working day.
